Menu Week 21/02/11

MONDAY - Pasta with tuna/bacon tomato sauce, cheese and home made garlic bread

TUESDAY - Chicken & mushroom in sauce over vegetable rice (using leftover cooked chicken from freezer)

WEDNESDAY - Home made Chicken kiev, peas and wedges (chicken breasts in freezer)

THURSDAY - Leftover Mince & onion pie, roasties and vegetables (pie in freezer)

FRIDAY - Chicken casserole and mash (casserole in freezer)

SATURDAY - Chicken/tofu fajitas with cheese

SUNDAY - Roast pork loin, roasties, yorkshire puddings, roasted root vegetables and cabbage


Can you tell I'm clearing the freezer out?

  1. There's no way I could do a menu plan. Our house is like a cafe, with either my son or daughter out doing something each evening so eating at different times, and everyone's different taste in food. I don't know whether I'm coming or going some evenings.

  2. I don't get many complaints on my menu plans. I don't have a fussy eating lot. Good job really because you get what your given in this house! It makes life a lot easier planning a menu for the week. No scratching head thinking what can we have for tea tonight.
